If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to scoot around the whole of Phuket in 24 hours, now’s your chance. Scooters are the most common mode of transport here in Phuket, and for a good reason too. They’re very simple to use, easy to park and cheap to maintain; no wonder why everyone loves them! So we’re going to take you on a journey around Phuket on our scooter… hop on in and enjoy the ride.

We love starting off early in the morning, just before sunrise. There is something so calm and peaceful about the roads during the early hours of the morning. Scoot down to the beach, enjoy a morning beach swim or yoga on the sand, and then let the day take you away!

One of the best things about driving around all day on a scooter is that you can head off the beaten track. You can find undiscovered streets, windy lanes and hidden beaches, places that a car just wouldn’t be able to take you. You’re able to fully immerse yourself in your surroundings and get lost whilst exploring.

When scooting around, we recommend starting off in the north and making your way down the island. From the stunning beaches of Kamala and Surin, to Patong, Karon, Kata and Naiharn in the south. Along the way make sure you stop at all the best points, including Bangla Road for some atmosphere, Kata Noi beach to soak up the rays, Karon lookout point for sunset, and finally Rock Salt by the beach at Naiharn for sundowners.
